Where Craft Meets Capability
Our manufacturing facility in Jodhpur spans over 40,000 square feet of dedicated production space, organized into specialized zones for timber seasoning, primary machining, assembly, hand-carving, finishing, quality control, and packaging. Every zone is staffed by experienced supervisors and skilled artisans who maintain the high standards our international clients expect.
We have invested in modern woodworking machinery that complements — not replaces — traditional handwork. Precision cutters, thickness planers, wide-belt sanders, and dust extraction systems allow our artisans to focus on the aspects of furniture-making that machines cannot replicate: the careful selection of grain, the patient hand-rubbing of finishes, the intricate carving that defines our signature pieces. This balanced approach allows us to deliver consistent quality at production scale while preserving the soul of handcrafted furniture.
The workshop operates under stringent quality control protocols. Every batch of incoming timber is moisture-tested and graded before being released to production. Joints are inspected at every assembly stage. Finishes are evaluated under multiple lighting conditions before final approval. Each piece undergoes a final pre-packaging inspection by our quality team before being prepared for export.
Infrastructure Highlights
From Timber to Heirloom
Timber Selection
Wood is hand-selected, moisture-tested, and graded. Reclaimed timber is carefully inspected for structural integrity and historical character.
Seasoning & Treatment
Wood is kiln-dried to optimal moisture content and treated for pest resistance, ensuring dimensional stability across global climates.
Machining & Joinery
Precision cutting and planing, followed by traditional joinery techniques like mortise-and-tenon and dovetail for lasting strength.
Hand Carving
Skilled artisans add intricate detailing using hand tools — the human touch that distinguishes our pieces from mass production.
Finishing
Multiple coats of natural oils, waxes, or lacquers are hand-rubbed into the wood to bring out the grain and protect the surface.
Quality Control
Every piece undergoes a rigorous final inspection for finish, joints, dimensions, and overall quality before being approved for packing.
Packaging
ISPM-15 compliant wooden crates, protective corrugated wrap, and edge protectors ensure safe transit across continents.
